Privacy Policy
This application ("bank-mcp") is a private, personal-use tool operated by a single individual (the "Owner") to access the Owner's own bank account information. It is not offered to, and may not be used by, any other person.
What data is accessed
Through the EnableBanking account-information service, and only after the Owner explicitly grants consent at their bank, the application accesses:
- Account identifiers (IBAN, currency, product name);
- Account balances;
- Account transaction history.
The application has read-only access. It cannot initiate payments or move funds.
Where data is stored
Account and transaction data is retrieved on demand and held only on the
Owner's own local machine (for example, a local session reference in
data/sessions.json). No account data is stored on this web
server. This website hosts only the OAuth callback page and these legal
pages; the callback page processes the authorization code entirely in the
browser and does not transmit it to the server.
Who data is shared with
No data is shared with third parties. Data flows only between the Owner's bank, EnableBanking (as the regulated account-information provider), and the Owner's own machine.
Consent and retention
Access is governed by the consent the Owner grants at their bank, which is time-limited (typically up to 180 days) and may be revoked at any time through the bank or by deleting the local session data.
