Terms of Service
This application ("bank-mcp") is a private, personal-use tool operated by a single individual (the "Owner") solely to access the Owner's own bank account information. By its nature it has no other users and offers no service to the public.
Scope of use
The application provides read-only access to the Owner's own account information (balances and transactions) via the EnableBanking account-information service, strictly under consents the Owner grants at their own banks. It cannot initiate payments.
No warranty
The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Owner uses it at their own risk and is solely responsible for its operation and for safeguarding their own credentials and data.
Third-party services
Access to account information is provided by EnableBanking and the Owner's banks, each subject to their own terms. This application is an independent personal client and is not affiliated with any bank or with EnableBanking.
